My friends Daniel and Mirra from The Perennial Plate traveledthrough India recently, and just posted this great video featuring one of their favoritestreet food recipes, bhel puri. I’ve never had it, or even heard of it for thatmatter, but it looks and sounds amazing. I'm intrigued.
